3. Prices

3.1 All prices on the website include VAT and are denominated in NIS. 3.2 Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed separately at the time of ordering. 3.3 Prices on the website may change from time to time at the Company's discretion. The final price is that shown on the payment page at the time of ordering. 3.4 Prices on the website apply to online purchases only and do not bind physical stores.

4. Promotions and Discounts

4.1 The Company may publish promotions and discounts from time to time, for a limited period or while stocks last. 4.2 Combining promotions is not permitted unless expressly stated otherwise. In such a case, the second discount will apply to the amount remaining after the first discount. 4.3 Redemption of coupons and discount codes will be in accordance with the conditions attached to them, and the Company has the right to cancel or modify them at its discretion.

5. Placing an Order

5.1 To place an order, you are required to enter: full name, address, phone, email and payment details. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information.

5.2 After completing the order, a confirmation will be sent by email. Sending the confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order by the Company, subject to available stock.

5.3 Payment is made securely through GROW payment systems, in accordance with their terms.

5.4 After transaction approval, an order confirmation and invoice will be sent to the customer in accordance with legal requirements.

5.5 For any question, you may contact customer service with your order number.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipments are made via HFD courier company or any other company that may be selected from time to time.

6.2 Delivery times are 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, holidays and remote areas).

6.3 Delivery times may vary according to the courier company's distribution areas.

6.4 Delays in delivery due to force majeure, strikes or circumstances beyond the Company's control will not be considered a breach of commitment.

6.5 The shipment will be delivered to the address provided at the time of the order.

7. Cancellations and Returns

7.1 Cancellation of an order is possible before shipment only. After shipment, the returns and exchanges policy applies.

7.2 Returns and exchanges are in accordance with the Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policy published on the website.

7.3 In the event of an error in the order on the part of the Company, the Company will bear the costs of returning or replacing the product.

8. Product Use and Liability

8.1 The Company recommends reading the instructions on each product's label before use.

8.2 The Company will not be liable for any allergic reaction caused by product use. It is recommended to review the product label and ingredient list before use.

8.3 In the event of a defect in a received product, contact customer service immediately and attach a photo or video as documentation.

8.8 The Company is not responsible for use not in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, combining products in a way unsuitable for skin type or a specific medical condition, or use of products containing active ingredients without personalization.
