Home Delivery:
The shipment arrives directly to the address you entered at the time of the order. Home delivery price: The final price will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Orders up to 219 NIS - shipping cost is 35 NIS.
Orders from 219.01 to 299 NIS - shipping cost is 20 NIS.
Orders from 299.01 NIS - free shipping.
Delivery times: 1-4 business days.
Remote areas (such as Golan Heights, Arab sector, Green Line, Eilat, Dead Sea, Arava, etc.): 3-5 business days.
No deliveries to villages and settlements beyond the Green Line with security risk.
No distribution on Fridays, Saturdays and holiday eves.
During peak periods (holidays, November/December) delays may occur.

Self-Collection:
Self-collection is available from Ramat Gan/Yavne.
To choose self-collection, mark it on the checkout page.
Self-collection delivery time is up to 2 business days.
After payment, we will contact you regarding collection hours and exact address.

Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If something didn't work for you - there's something we can do 💛

Product Return After Online Purchase:
You can return a product that has not been opened or used in accordance with consumer protection law.
Return conditions: Product in its original packaging, sealed, unopened and unused. Must be returned/shipped within 14 days of receiving the product. After receiving and inspection, a refund will be issued.

Refund: Will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refund will be to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a product is returned due to customer error/change of mind - return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Products that cannot be returned by law: Products that have been opened/used. Opened skincare products due to hygiene concerns. Products made to special order.

Product Exchange: Exchange can be made within 14 days. Product must be new, unopened and sealed in original packaging. Exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless it is our error/malfunction.

Damaged product / Order error: Contact customer service within 48 hours. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the product at no cost or provide full credit, at your choice.

How to return a product?
Write to us at contact@kzoneonline.com with your order number. You will receive organized instructions for shipping. Once the product arrives and is inspected, we will update you on the refund/credit.
